Free Defibrillator training
Councillor Iain Hewson, is supporting the First Community Responders for his year in office.
We have arranged for a trainer from EMAS to hold a familiarisation session about how the AED (defibrillator) works when someone is trying to save a cardiac arrest patients life. This session will last approx. 1.5 hours and will include a talk and demonstration. Like refreshments will be made available.
The date is Thursday 12th September at 7pm and will be held in the Council Chamber at Blaby District Council. This is an informal evening. There is no charge for this, however donations towards this worth while cause are welcome.
If you would like to attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org . Feel free to bring family/friends as this event is open to all.
